A tranquil spot to enjoy the river beside two deep refuge pools. Water for the environment provides releases at particular times throughout the year to support the plants and animals that rely on these refuge pools during the drier months. There is a large grassed area for the kids to run around, and plenty of space to roll out the picnic rug. A quiet stroll in the evening might even reward you with a sighting of the shy platypus.
